Where can I find ingredients and directions?
Each product page has sections for ingredients, directions and precautions, copied from the product packaging. If something you need is missing or unclear, please contact us before you buy.
Why do some products say “Price coming soon”?
We only take orders for products with a confirmed price. Save it to your wishlist or ask us about it and we’ll let you know when it’s available.
Is a product right for my skin or health?
Our guides share general self-care information, not medical advice. Please read each product’s label and precautions. If you have a skin condition, allergies, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or take medication, ask a pharmacist, doctor or dentist before trying something new.

How does ordering work?
Add products to your bag and place an order request at checkout. No payment is taken on this website. Our team will contact you to confirm availability, the delivery fee and how to pay.
How will I know my order has been received?
After you place your order request you’ll see a confirmation page with your order number. Please keep that number — it helps us find your order quickly.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and we’ll do our best to help.

Where do you deliver and how much does it cost?
Delivery areas, fees and timings are listed on our delivery page. Until a fee is shown at checkout, we confirm it with you before your order is dispatched.
What is your returns policy?

Beauty services
Can I book professional teeth whitening?
Yes — send a booking request from our beauty services page. A request isn’t an appointment yet: our team will contact you to talk about suitability, availability and price, and your appointment is confirmed only once we’ve agreed a time together.
Is teeth whitening suitable for everyone?
Not always. Sensitivity, crowns, fillings and other dental work can all make a difference. Our team will ask about your smile before any appointment, and we recommend speaking with your dentist if you have any concerns.
Can I cancel or change a booking request?
Of course. Just reply to our message or contact us. Nothing is booked until we’ve confirmed a time together.
